Baker Fitness Studio, we are two brothers with a shared passion for fitness and wellness. Our journey started with a simple idea: to help people not only get physically fit but to improve their mental well-being as well.

In 25 years of combined experience doing what we love no one hasn’t gained benefit from our training. Results will differ based off your effort level, willingness to trust in us and the understanding that you get out what you put in. The frequency of your sessions depends on your goals, fitness level, finances and availability. Typically, clients train 2-3 times per week, but we’ll work with you to create a plan that suits your schedule and supports your objectives.

Yes! We have clients that can’t get away from us! That’s their choice though as they move country but continue to have weekly sessions with us.
We offer both in-person and virtual training options, so you can train from the comfort of your home, office, or anywhere with an internet connection. Our virtual sessions are just as engaging and effective as in-person training.
